Return & Refund Policy

At Sydney Bees, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Products Eligible for Return
We accept returns for the following items:
Honey & Beeswax Products: Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Beekeeping Equipment: Must be unused and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Live Bees & NUCS: Due to the sensitive nature of live bee colonies, all sales of NUCS are final and non-refundable.
Custom Orders: Items made to order or personalized are not eligible for return.

Return Process
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate: Email us at [insert email] or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds: May apply for items not in original condition or returned late.
Sale items : Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges :We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@sydneybees.com.au and send your item to: 47 Clonmore St, Kellyville Ridge, NSW 2155, Australia.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or full refund.
