Shipping Policy (For Honey, Beeswax, and Equipment)
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods: We use trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery across Australia.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times or limited service.

NUC Pickup Policy
Due to the delicate nature of live bee colonies, NUCS (nucleus colonies) are available for pickup only.
Pickup Scheduling: Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.
Transport Responsibility: Customers are responsible for bringing suitable transport containers and ensuring safe handling during transit.
No Shipping for NUCS: We do not offer shipping for NUCS under any circumstances to ensure colony health and safety.
